BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE
Bradley joined Pillar Financial in January 2023. Prior to joining Pillar, he worked as a Supervisor of service and trading at Wells Fargo Advisors. Bradley has over a decade of client service experience in and out of financial services. He started with Pillar as a wealth management associate, then moving to a wealth management advisor for a while. His current role is manager of investment operations, overseeing the team of service advisors, chairing the Investment Operations Committee and sitting on the Investment Committee. Bradley has an extensive background in trading, portfolio management and managing complex portfolios for clients with expert execution.

PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
Bradley takes pride in providing excellent client service and helping his clients achieve their financial goals through individualized strategies. As an Investment Operations Manager, he oversees the full life cycle of investment transactions, and works closely with portfolio managers, custodians, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence. By implementing robust controls he enhances operational efficiencies, reducing risk, and maintaining the integrity of investment data. Leading and developing a high-performing team of service advisors and driving initiatives that align operations with the firm’s growth and client service goals.

PERSONAL FULFILLMENT
Bradley was raised in North Idaho on his family's ranch. He loves to spend as much time as possible in the mountains skiing, hiking, dirt biking, camping, hunting, and exploring mountain lakes. He enjoys spending time on lakes in the summer and traveling to new places as much as possible, usually with skis on his feet.
