Jim joined Pillar Financial Group with seven years of experience in the InsurTech industry, where he developed a strong foundation in risk management and client-focused consulting. As a Client Service Associate, Jim supports the advisory team and assists clients with account-related needs, helping ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience throughout the client relationship
Jim takes great pride in understanding each client’s unique circumstances and what matters most to them. He believes meaningful support starts with listening and is committed to helping clients stay organized and informed as they work toward their long-term objectives.
EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS
Jim grew up in the north suburbs of Chicago and attended the University of Illinois for engineering. He and his wife are proud parents to a young daughter. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, cooking, and is a self-proclaimed insufferable Packers fan.
