BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE
Sarah Weinbender joined Pillar Financial Group in October 2020 as an Executive Assistant and has since advanced through a series of expanding roles into her current position as Senior Workflow Manager. In this role, Sarah leads firm-wide workflow strategy, process improvement, and operational technology initiatives designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and the employee and client experience.
Sarah oversees the development and optimization of key business processes, systems, and workflows across the firm, including employee onboarding, client service and scheduling processes, data and reporting solutions, and cross-functional operational initiatives. She also plays a key role in identifying opportunities for automation and building technology-driven solutions that connect teams, streamline work, and provide greater visibility into firm operations.
As Senior Workflow Manager, Sarah combines people leadership, process management, and technology to strengthen the firm's operational infrastructure and create scalable solutions that support Pillar's continued growth.

PERSONAL FULFILLMENT
Sarah lives in Everett, Washington, with her husband, their son Hudson, daughter Lucy, and two beloved four-legged family members. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants, playing video and board games, traveling, and making memories with friends and family. Whenever she visits a new destination, her first priority is experiencing the local food scene.
