Sarah Weinbender

BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE
Sarah Weinbender joined Pillar Financial Group in October 2020 as an Executive Assistant, after about a year she began work as an AFR, and then landed in her current role of Workflow Manager. She has implemented many new systems and software, helps onboard new employees, and aids in managing the day-to-day flow of everyone's workload. She also assists in new insurance tasks and services as needed.

PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
Sarah thrives in being a part of background operations. She feels like she can help more by assisting others in whatever way possible. She prides herself in her ability to problem solve and find the answer to almost any question/issue and loves working side-by-side with her team to learn and grow from them.

PERSONAL FULFILLMENT
Sarah currently resides in Everett, WA with her husband, her son Hudson, and the newest addition, her daughter Lucy (joining their 3 fur-siblings). In her free time, Sarah enjoys cooking (and eating), playing video and board games, and spending time with her friends and family. She loves to travel and would eat her way through any country if she had the chance.
