Shannon Lipp joined Pillar Financial Group in March 2023 as an Executive Assistant. Prior to joining Pillar, Shannon worked in the legal field for almost 30 years under a variety of practices.

Shannon finds she most enjoys working behind the scenes. She finds satisfaction in organizing and creating procedures so the Pillar team can focus on more important details – offering the best services to our clients.
PERSONAL FULFILLMENT
Shannon grew up in the Puget Sound area. She and her husband have been married since 1996 and
currently reside on Silver Lake in Everett. She enjoys listening to podcasts, hunting for antiques and
makes a valiant attempt at gardening.
